Operating Model

Five coordinated units

Axios Productions supplies the full local New York production crew, organized so the week is covered without gaps or conflicts.

Production Management

Oversees the full schedule and client coordination

Planning, scheduling, venue logistics, credential coordination and on-site command across the week.

Event Team A

Primary coverage across the week

A complete field unit covering all six activations — two-camera coverage, professional sound, photography and on-site testimonials.

Concurrent Event Team B

Activates for overlapping coverage on September 24

A second independent field unit deployed for the overlapping September 24 morning events so neither activation is compromised.

VOS and Post-Production Unit

Controlled three-camera recording, running alongside production

Studio crew executing the controlled three-camera VOS recording, with the post team operating alongside production to support rapid delivery.

Central Content Hub

TBC

Provisionally September 21–25 · Location and setup window TBC

A secure production home base supporting media ingest, backup, rapid editing, client review and delivery throughout the week — the production’s secure home base for media management, editing, review and delivery.

Connects

  • Event Team A
  • Concurrent Event Team B
  • VOS Production
  • Central Post-Production Team
  • Showrunner and Production Management

Function

  • Secure media ingest and redundant backup
  • Workspace for the post producer and editors
  • Transfer of priority footage from both field teams
  • Daily wrap-up and fast-turn social editing
  • Client review and approval
  • Equipment charging and limited secure storage
  • Coordination between the Showrunner, field teams and post team

Working from the hub

  • Post producer
  • Lead fast-turn editor
  • Social editor
  • Assistant editor / media manager

The VOS editor, motion graphics artist, colorist and audio mixer may work from the hub or remotely depending on the final post-production schedule.

The post-production team operates alongside production throughout the week rather than after it, which is what makes rapid delivery possible.
